A student has died after being beaten to death by pro-Taliban radicals at a Pakistani university.

The beating, which occurred earlier in the week, culminated in the death of Anan Khan, who attended the University of Engineering & Technology in Peshawar.

He was severely beaten with several other students at the university by members of a student wing of the hard-line Jamiat-e Islami party.

Witnesses have said the IJT attacked Adnan for playing music.

Members of the IJT have a record of breaking up music appreciation functions and dance parties on the campus.

Hey you annoying mouse, christians, jews and hindus rape, murder, loot and kill. But have we ever said Christianity,Judaism and Hinduism are all about only crimes.More number of non- muslims commit heinous crimes than muslims ever do.And we have the guts and conscience to stand against our own people when they have done wrong, and you don’t even have the G and C of these two qualities to face the criminals from your religion. And despite this you buffoon, you dare say something against our religion? Surely dude, your brain has gone bonkers.

Here’s an idea - blow up all the islamic fanatics. Better still - have a vat of pig fat & entrails set up so that it spills over them first while they are at their mossques with their anU ses pointing to the sky waiting to be butt flicked. These Islamic fanatics must be seriously mentally ill - slip some Prozac or anti-psycotic drugs in their water supply. They are dangerous - like the Nazis in WW2, they seem to think they are somehow priviledged to shove their archaic beliefs into everyone elses' faces and they expect to be treated with such dererence it is revolting. These people are whackos why are we tolerating any of them. Down with their foolish rantings and bullying behaviours on innocent defenceless people. They are so cowardly they run to the hills from people able to fight, and instead chose to slaughter those who just want to live peacefully in today’s world. How does anyone lose touch with reality s badly they give up their lives so some wuzzled up old crankpot can spout his views on world domination. SIck people get some mental help.

    Hey - Syed Suhail KHalid

GET A LIFE! Take a tip from animals-just live & enjoy the now. Dogs, cats, pigs, goats and many other mammals-we are born same way - semen injected by the penis into the vagina to fertilize an ovum, then we are born, our basic survival skills lead us to food shelter & socialization to varying degrees. Then we die one way or another. There is no afterlife -that is a myth the wealthy perpetuated to slaves to keep them compliant & working for free. How dumb can people be to believe in all this fairy tale stuff. Go see a shrink, take a biology class- read a book besides that foolish Koran.Try living today & appreciating what you do have instead of being manipulated by people who have no clue as to what is real either...and grow up- fairy tales aren’t real.

What planet did you drop from. Get a grip, you think that cowardly Taliban slaughtering innocent people who are just trying to survive, stoning people, cutting off hands & heads, are doing something worthwhile? You sound nuts. You have no right to call anyone a buffoon. You are worse than low-life, carrion eating scavenger. Big brave Talibans, can’t fight fairly, with people who can defend themselves. Why would they, cowards might get what they deserve - it’s easier to hurt elderly, frail old people, women and children. Taliban bullies are simply cowards who use stupid young people with weak minds to fulfill their sadistic fantasies of bloodshed, while getting rid of the really stupid ones they can convince to be suicide bombers at the same time. The stupid idiots who do the suicide bombings are probably so stupid and mentally unbalanced from so much inbreeding , & lack of Vitamin D & oxygen deprivation in their covered up mothers during pregnancy. Take a vacation somewhere peaceful & sunny. You might get a different view of the world. Think for yourself, don’t let the crazies lead you around by your di)k any more ( or btt hole to the sky)

BS!!! If Islam takes over, then the world is finished. It will become nothing but a pig sty. Look at the Islamic nations today. Nothing but dirt poor people with a ruling class that lords it over them. And on top of that, the most active terrorist groups are IslamoNazi fascists. Islam is a false religion, created by Moohammed (PBUH) to excuse his perversions. Instead of the angel Gabriel, the pervered prophet met and saw the angel of light, the morning star, LUCIFER aka SATAN. Remember, Lucifer is the Prince of this World and is also the Prince of Lies. Therefore, Islam is a demonic religion which worships Satan.

WND OPERATION: IRAQI FREEDOM Saddam’s WMD have been found New evidence unveils chemical, biological, nuclear, ballistic arms Posted: April 26, 2004 1:36 pm Eastern By Kenneth R. Timmerman © 2010 Insight/News World Communications Inc. Editor’s note: WorldNetDaily is pleased to have a content-sharing agreement with Insight magazine, the bold Washington publication not afraid to ruffle establishment feathers. Subscribe to Insight at WorldNetDaily’s online store and save 71 percent off the cover price. New evidence out of Iraq suggests the U.S. effort to track down Saddam Hussein’s missing weapons of mass destruction is having better success than is being reported. Key assertions by the intelligence community widely judged in the media and by critics of President Bush as having been false are turning out to have been true after all. But this stunning news has received little attention from the major media, and the president’s critics continue to insist that “no weapons” have been found. In virtually every case — chemical, biological, nuclear and ballistic missiles — the United States has found the weapons and the programs that the Iraqi dictator successfully concealed for 12 years from U.N. weapons inspectors. The Iraq Survey Group, ISG, whose intelligence ****ysts are managed by Charles Duelfer, a former State Department official and deputy chief of the U.N.-led arms-inspection teams, has found “hundreds of cases of activities that were prohibited” under U.N. Security Council resolutions, a senior administration official tells Insight. “There is a long list of charges made by the U.S. that have been confirmed, but none of this seems to mean anything because the weapons that were unaccounted for by the United Nations remain unaccounted for." Both Duelfer and his predecessor, David Kay, reported to Congress that the evidence they had found on the ground in Iraq showed Saddam’s regime was in “material violation” of U.N. Security Council Resolution 1441, the last of 17 resolutions that promised “serious consequences” if Iraq did not make a complete disclosure of its weapons programs and dismantle them in a verifiable manner. The United States cited Iraq’s refusal to comply with these demands as one justification for going to war. Both Duelfer and Kay found Iraq had “a clandestine network of laboratories and safe houses with equipment that was suitable to continuing its prohibited chemical- and biological-weapons [BW] programs," the official said. “They found a prison laboratory where we suspect they tested biological weapons on human subjects." They found equipment for “uranium-enrichment centrifuges” whose only plausible use was as part of a clandestine nuclear-weapons program. In all these cases, “Iraqi scientists had been told before the war not to declare their activities to the U.N. inspectors," the official said. But while the president’s critics and the media might plausibly hide behind ambiguity and a lack of sensational-looking finds for not reporting some discoveries, in the case of Saddam’s ballistic-missile programs they have no excuse for their silence. “Where were the missiles? We found them," another senior administration official told Insight. “Saddam Hussein’s prohibited missile programs are as close to a slam dunk as you will ever find for violating United Nations resolutions," the first official said. Both senior administration officials spoke to Insight on condition that neither their name nor their agency be identified, but their accounts of what the United States has found in Iraq coincided in every major area. When former weapons inspector Kay reported to Congress in January that the United States had found “no stockpiles” of forbidden weapons in Iraq, his conclusions made front-page news. But when he detailed what the ISG had found in testimony before the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence last October, few took notice. Among Kay’s revelations, which officials tell Insight have been amplified in subsequent inspections in recent weeks: * A prison laboratory complex that may have been used for human testing of BW agents and “that Iraqi officials working to prepare the U.N. inspections were explicitly ordered not to declare to the U.N." Why was Saddam interested in testing biological-warfare agents on humans if he didn’t have a biological-weapons program? * “Reference strains” of a wide variety of biological-weapons agents were found beneath the sink in the home of a prominent Iraqi BW scientist. “We thought it was a big deal," a senior administration official said. “But it has been written off [by the press] as a sort of 'starter set.'" * New research on BW-applicable agents, brucella and Congo-Crimean hemorrhagic fever, and continuing work on ricin and aflatoxin that were not declared to the United Nations. * A line of unmanned aerial vehicles, UAVs, or drones, “not fully declared at an undeclared production facility and an admission that they had tested one of their declared UAVs out to a range of 500 kilometers [311 miles], 350 kilometers [217 miles] beyond the permissible limit." * “Continuing covert capability to manufacture fuel propellant useful only for prohibited Scud-variant missiles, a capability that was maintained at least until the end of 2001 and that cooperating Iraqi scientists have said they were told to conceal from the U.N." * “Plans and advanced design work for new long-range missiles with ranges up to at least 1,000 kilometers [621 miles] — well beyond the 150-kilometer-range limit [93 miles] imposed by the U.N. Missiles of a 1,000-kilometer range would have allowed Iraq to threaten targets throughout the Middle East, including Ankara [Turkey], Cairo [Egypt] and Abu Dhabi [United Arab Emirates]." In addition, through interviews with Iraqi scientists, seized documents and other evidence, the ISG learned the Iraqi government had made “clandestine attempts between late 1999 and 2002 to obtain from North Korea technology related to 1,300-kilometer-range [807 miles] ballistic missiles — probably the No Dong — 300-kilometer-range [186 miles] antiship cruise missiles and other prohibited military equipment," Kay reported. In testimony before Congress on March 30, Duelfer, revealed the ISG had found evidence of a “crash program” to construct new plants capable of making chemical- and biological-warfare agents. The ISG also found a previously undeclared program to build a “high-speed rail gun," a device apparently designed for testing nuclear-weapons materials. That came in addition to 500 tons of natural uranium stockpiled at Iraq’s main declared nuclear site south of Baghdad, which International Atomic Energy Agency spokesman Mark Gwozdecky acknowledged to Insight had been intended for “a clandestine nuclear-weapons program." In taking apart Iraq’s clandestine procurement network, Duelfer said his investigators had discovered that “the primary source of illicit financing for this system was oil smuggling conducted through government-to-government protocols negotiated with neighboring countries [and] from kickback payments made on contracts set up through the U.N. oil-for-food program." What the president’s critics and the media widely have portrayed as the most dramatic failure of the U.S. case against Saddam has been the claimed failure to find “stockpiles” of chemical and biological weapons. But in a June 2003 Washington Post op-ed, former chief U.N. weapons inspector Rolf Ekeus called such criticism “a distortion and a trivialization of a major threat to international peace and security." The October 2002 National Intelligence Estimate on Iraqi Weapons of Mass Destruction concluded that Saddam “probably has stocked at least 100 metric tons [MT] and possibly as much as 500 MT of CW [chemical warfare] agents — much of it added in the last year." That assessment was based, in part, on conclusions contained in the final report from U.N. weapons inspectors in 1999, which highlighted discrepancies in what the Iraqis reported to the United Nations and the amount of precursor chemicals U.N. arms inspectors could document Iraq had imported but for which it no longer could account. Until now, Bush’s critics say, no stockpiles of CW agents made with those precursors have been found. The snap conclusion they draw is that the administration “lied” to the American people to create a pretext for invading Iraq. But what are “stockpiles” of CW agents supposed to look like? Was anyone seriously expecting Saddam to have left behind freshly painted warehouses packed with chemical munitions, all neatly laid out in serried rows, with labels written in English? Or did they think that a captured Saddam would guide U.S. troops to smoking vats full of nerve gas in an abandoned factory? Stockpiles found In fact, as recent evidence made public by a former operations officer for the Coalition Provisional Authority’s intelligence unit in Iraq shows, some of those stockpiles have been found - not all at once, and not all in nice working order — but found all the same. Douglas Hanson was a U.S. Army cavalry reconnaissance officer for 20 years, and a veteran of Gulf War I. He was an atomic demolitions munitions security officer and a nuclear, biological and chemical defense officer. As a civilian ****yst in Iraq last summer, he worked for an operations intelligence unit of the CPA in Iraq, and later, with the newly formed Ministry of Science and Technology, which was responsible for finding new, nonlethal employment for Iraqi WMD scientists. In an interview with Insight and in an article he wrote for the online magazine AmericanThinker.com, Hanson examines reports from U.S. combat units and public information confirming that many of Iraq’s CW stockpiles have indeed been found. Until now, however, journalists have devoted scant attention to this evidence, in part because it contradicts the story line they have been putting forward since the U.S.-led inspections began after the war. But another reason for the media silence may stem from the seemingly undramatic nature of the “finds” Hanson and others have described. The materials that constitute Saddam’s chemical-weapons “stockpiles” look an awful lot like pesticides, which they indeed resemble. “Pesticides are the key elements in the chemical-agent arena," Hanson says. “In fact, the general pesticide chemical formula (organophosphate) is the 'grandfather' of modern-day nerve agents." The United Nations was fully aware that Saddam had established his chemical-weapons plants under the guise of a permitted civilian chemical-industry infrastructure. Plants inspected in the early 1990s as CW production facilities had been set up to appear as if they were producing pesticides, or in the case of a giant plant near Fallujah, chlorine, which is used to produce mustard gas. When coalition forces entered Iraq, “huge warehouses and caches of 'commercial and agricultural' chemicals were seized and painstakingly tested by Army and Marine chemical specialists," Hanson writes. “What was surprising was how quickly the ISG refuted the findings of our ground forces and how silent they have been on the significance of these caches." Caches of “commercial and agricultural” chemicals don’t match the expectation of “stockpiles” of chemical weapons. But, in fact, that is precisely what they are. “At a very minimum," Hanson tells Insight, “they were storing the precursors to restart a chemical-warfare program very quickly." Kay and Duelfer came to a similar conclusion, telling Congress under oath that Saddam had built new facilities and stockpiled the materials to relaunch production of chemical and biological weapons at a moment’s notice. At Karbala, U.S. troops stumbled upon 55-gallon drums of pesticides at what appeared to be a very large “agricultural supply” area, Hanson says. Some of the drums were stored in a “camouflaged bunker complex” that was shown to reporters — with unpleasant results. “More than a dozen soldiers, a Knight-Ridder reporter, a CNN cameraman, and two Iraqi POWs came down with symptoms consistent with exposure to a nerve agent," Hanson says. “But later ISG tests resulted in a proclamation of negative, end of story, nothing to see here, etc., and the earlier findings and injuries dissolved into nonexistence. Left unexplained is the small matter of the obvious pains taken to disguise the cache of ostensibly legitimate pesticides. One wonders about the advantage an agricultural-commodities business gains by securing drums of pesticide in camouflaged bunkers 6 feet underground. The 'agricultural site' was also colocated with a military ammunition dump — evidently nothing more than a coincidence in the eyes of the ISG." That wasn’t the only significant find by coalition troops of probable CW stockpiles, Hanson believes. Near the northern Iraqi town of Bai’ji, where Saddam had built a chemical-weapons plant known to the United States from nearly 12 years of inspections, elements of the 4th Infantry Division found 55-gallon drums containing a substance identified through mass spectrometry ****ysis as cyclosarin — a nerve agent. Nearby were surface-to-surface and surface-to-air missiles, gas masks and a mobile laboratory that could have been used to mix chemicals at the site. “Of course, later tests by the experts revealed that these were only the ubiquitous pesticides that everybody was turning up," Hanson says. “It seems Iraqi soldiers were obsessed with keeping ammo dumps insect-free, according to the reading of the evidence now enshrined by the conventional wisdom that 'no WMD stockpiles have been discovered.'" At Taji — an Iraqi weapons complex as large as the District of Columbia — U.S. combat units discovered more “pesticides” stockpiled in specially built containers, smaller in diameter but much longer than the standard 55-gallon drum. Hanson says he still recalls the military sending digital images of the canisters to his office, where his boss at the Ministry of Science and Technology translated the Arabic-language markings. “They were labeled as pesticides," he says. “Gee, you sure have got a lot of pesticides stored in ammo dumps." Again, this January, Danish forces found 120-millimeter mortar shells filled with a mysterious liquid that initially tested positive for blister agents. But subsequent tests by the United States disputed that finding. “If it wasn’t a chemical agent, what was it?" Hanson asks. “More pesticides? Dish-washing detergent? From this old soldier’s perspective, I gain nothing from putting a liquid in my mortar rounds unless that stuff will do bad things to the enemy." The discoveries Hanson describes are not dramatic. And that’s the problem: Finding real stockpiles in grubby ammo dumps doesn’t fit the image the media and the president’s critics carefully have fed to the public of what Iraq’s weapons ought to look like. A senior administration official who has gone through the intelligence reporting from Iraq as well as the earlier reports from U.N. arms inspectors refers to another well-documented allegation. “The Iraqis admitted they had made 3.9 tons of VX," a powerful nerve gas, but claimed they had never weaponized it. The U.N. inspectors “felt they had more. But where did it go?" The Iraqis never provided any explanation of what had happened to their VX stockpiles. What does 3.9 tons of VX look like? “It could fit in one large garage," the official says. Assuming, of course, that Saddam would assemble every bit of VX gas his scientists had produced at a single site, that still amounts to one large garage in an area the size of the state of California. Senior administration officials stress that the investigation will continue as inspectors comb through millions of pages of documents in Iraq and attempt to interview Iraqi weapons scientists who have been trained all their professional lives to conceal their activities from the outside world. “The conditions under which the ISG is working are not very conducive," one official said. “But this president wants the truth to come out. This is not an exercise in spinning or censoring." Oh and the story clearly illustrates how out of touch with humanity most modern day muslims are.

They found equipment for “uranium-enrichment centrifuges” whose only plausible use was as part of a clandestine nuclear-weapons program. This is not an exercise in spinning or censoring."

The student beaten to death was surely an action to be condemned but it has nothing to do with islam. it was a clash between two student factions that resulted in one student’s death. All of you scolding muslims and islam should be ashamed of yourselves. if you burn down iraq on the pretext of WMD or chemical weapons (of which none has been found yet) you are right. if you drain all the oil wealth of Iraq you are right. if you support Taliban against Russia you and Taliban both are right. if you want to occupy Afghanistan under the shield of anti terrorism but actually to have an access to the oil wealth in CAR or yo contain China you are right and your previous friends (Talibans)now become your enimies just for you to justify your wrong deeds. What should Taliban do to face an enemy much stronger than them and with all the anti islamic forces joining hands against Taliban. What wrong they have done; why dont you leave them alone to decide their fate. What is the proof that the World trade centre was destroyed in a terrorist attack. search the web about thge research done by your own country fellows and learn how were the twin towers destroyed.

YOU ARE A LIAR, but then again, as you are defending Islam, lying to non-Muslims is acceptable and allowed. That story is totally about the hatred and intolerance that Islam has for non-believers. Also, Registered clearly showed you that you lied about Iraq and WMDs. Islam is who should be ashamed for teaching so many people to HATE and to kill innocents. Islam is nothing but a man-made religion to excuse the perversions of their prophet, Moohammed (FBUH) (= Feces Be Upon Him). There was no Angel Gabriel to talk to Moohammed, however, the Prince of this World, the Prince of Lies, known as Lucifer dictated to Moohammed. As we all know, Lucifer is also know as Satan. Therefore, Islam is a demonic inspired religion that has ZERO business even existing.

Sorry, but I cannot believe you as Islam teaches Muslims to lie to non-believers to mislead them so Islam can reign supreme. Your use of the Islamic verse “to kill one human (of any religon) is just like killing the whole humanity” is not supported by the quran. That verse was abrogated, or replaced, by later verses that command Muslims to kill Jews and non-believers. I suggest that you READ the quran for once instead of letting imams teach you what they want to teach you. I will respect any religion that respects mine. Islam does not respect my religion. In fact, Islam commands Muslims to kill me and all others like me. My religion - Christian. Islam is not peaceful, nor does Islam respect ANY religion other than Islam. Islam is the most intolerant religion on the face of the Earth. Please stop lying for your fellow co-religionists.

Jesus, the Son of Mary, is NOT Isa of Islam. I reject Islam as a religion of lies, intolerance, and hatred that was created by a man. A man who posed as a prophet, but was a perverted criminal, pedophile, murderer, arsonist, bigamist, and several other perversions. Moohammed is sharing his cell in Hell with Hitler and other evil men of the same type. They are roasting in Hell for eternity for their sins against humanity.

The Koran starts out peaceful enough but later on the Koran becomes very vengeful as Mad Mo get more and more bloodthirsty, greedy and lust filled. Explain away the following.....liar. The Qur’an: Qur’an (2:191-193) - “And slay them wherever ye find them, and drive them out of the places whence they drove you out, for persecution [of Muslims] is worse than slaughter [of non-believers]...and fight them until persecution is no more, and religion is for Allah." There is a good case to be made that the textual context of this particular passage is defensive war, even if the historical context was not. However, there are also two worrisome pieces to these verse. The first is that the killing of others is authorized in the event of “persecution” (a qualification that is ambiguous at best). The second is that fighting may persist until “religion is for Allah." The example set by Muhammad is not reassuring. Qur’an (2:244) - “Then fight in the cause of Allah, and know that Allah Heareth and knoweth all things." Qur’an (2:216) - “Fighting is prescribed for you, and ye dislike it. But it is possible that ye dislike a thing which is good for you, and that ye love a thing which is bad for you. But Allah knoweth, and ye know not." Not only does this verse establish that violence can be virtuous, but it also contradicts the myth that fighting is intended only in self-defense, since the audience was obviously not under attack at the time. From the Hadith, we know that Muhammad was actually trying to motivate his people into raiding caravans with this verse. Qur’an (3:56) - “As to those who reject faith, I will punish them with terrible agony in this world and in the Hereafter, nor will they have anyone to help." Qur’an (3:151) - “Soon shall We cast terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers, for that they joined companions with Allah, for which He had sent no authority”. This speaks directly of polytheists, yet it also includes Christians, since they believe in the Trinity (ie. what Muhammad incorrectly believed to be 'joining companions to Allah'). Qur’an (4:74) - “Let those fight in the way of Allah who sell the life of this world for the other. Whoso fighteth in the way of Allah, be he slain or be he victorious, on him We shall bestow a vast reward." The martyrs of Islam are unlike the early Christians, led meekly to the slaughter. These Muslims are killed in battle, as they attempt to inflict death and destruction for the cause of Allah. Here is the theological basis for today’s suicide bombers. Qur’an (4:76) - “Those who believe fight in the cause of Allah…" Qur’an (4:89) - “They but wish that ye should reject Faith, as they do, and thus be on the same footing (as they): But take not friends from their ranks until they flee in the way of Allah (From what is forbidden). But if they turn renegades, seize them and slay them wherever ye find them; and (in any case) take no friends or helpers from their ranks." Qur’an (4:95) - “Not equal are those believers who sit (at home) and receive no hurt, and those who strive and fight in the cause of Allah with their goods and their persons. Allah hath granted a grade higher to those who strive and fight with their goods and persons than to those who sit (at home). Unto all (in Faith) Hath Allah promised good: But those who strive and fight Hath He distinguished above those who sit (at home) by a special reward,-" This passage not only criticizes “peaceful” Muslims who do not join in the violence, but it also demolishes the modern myth that “Jihad” doesn’t mean holy war in the Qur’an, but rather a spiritual struggle. Not only is the Arabic word used in this passage, but it is clearly not referring to anything spiritual, since the physically disabled are given exemption. (The Hadith reveals the context of the passage to be in response to a blind man’s protest that he is unable to engage in Jihad). Qur’an (4:104) - “And be not weak hearted in pursuit of the enemy; if you suffer pain, then surely they (too) suffer pain as you suffer pain..." Is pursuing an injured and retreating enemy really an act of self-defense? Qur’an (5:33) - “The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His messenger and strive to make mischief in the land is only this, that they should be murdered or crucified or their hands and their feet should be cut off on opposite sides or they should be imprisoned; this shall be as a disgrace for them in this world, and in the hereafter they shall have a grievous chastisement” Qur’an (8:12) - “I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them” No reasonable person would interpret this to mean a spiritual struggle. Qur’an (8:15) - “O ye who believe! When ye meet those who disbelieve in battle, turn not your backs to them. (16)Whoso on that day turneth his back to them, unless maneuvering for battle or intent to join a company, he truly hath incurred wrath from Allah, and his habitation will be hell, a hapless journey’s end." Qur’an (8:39) - “And fight with them until there is no more persecution and religion should be only for Allah” From the historical context we know that the “persecution” spoken of here was simply the refusal by the Meccans to allow Muhammad to enter their city and perform the Haj. Other Muslims were able to travel there, just not as an armed group, since Muhammad declared war on Mecca prior to his eviction. The Meccans were also acting in defense of their religion, since it was Muhammad’s intention to destroy their idols and establish Islam by force (which he later did). Hence the critical part of this verse is to fight until “religion is only for Allah." Qur’an (8:57) - “If thou comest on them in the war, deal with them so as to strike fear in those who are behind them, that haply they may remember." Qur’an (8:59-60) - “And let not those who disbelieve suppose that they can outstrip (Allah’s Purpose). Lo! they cannot escape. Make ready for them all thou canst of (armed) force and of horses tethered, that thereby ye may dismay the enemy of Allah and your enemy." Qur’an (9:5) - “So when the sacred months have passed away, then slay the idolaters wherever you find them, and take them captives and besiege them and lie in wait for them in every ambush, then if they repent and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate, leave their way free to them." According to this verse, the best way of staying safe from Muslim violence is to convert to Islam. Prayer (salat) and the poor tax (zakat) are among the religions Five Pillars. Qur’an (9:14) - “Fight them, Allah will punish them by your hands and bring them to disgrace..." Qur’an (9:20) - “Those who believe, and have left their homes and striven with their wealth and their lives in Allah’s way are of much greater worth in Allah’s sight. These are they who are triumphant." The “striving” spoken of here is Jihad. Qur’an (9:29) - “Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued." “People of the Book” refers to Christians and Jews. This was one of the final “revelations” from Allah and it set in motion the tenacious military expansion, in which Muhammad’s companions managed to conquer two-thirds of the Christian world in just the next 100 years. Islam is intended to dominate all other people and faiths. Qur’an (9:30) - “And the Jews say: Ezra is the son of Allah; and the Christians say: The Messiah is the son of Allah; these are the words of their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved before; may Allah destroy them; how they are turned away!" Qur’an (9:38-39) - “O ye who believe! what is the matter with you, that, when ye are asked to go forth in the cause of Allah, ye cling heavily to the earth? Do ye prefer the life of this world to the Hereafter? But little is the comfort of this life, as compared with the Hereafter. Unless ye go forth, He will punish you with a grievous penalty, and put others in your place." This is a warning to those who refuse to fight, that they will be punished with Hell. Qur’an (9:41) - “Go forth, light-armed and heavy-armed, and strive with your wealth and your lives in the way of Allah! That is best for you if ye but knew." See also the verse that follows (9:42) - “If there had been immediate gain (in sight), and the journey easy, they would (all) without doubt have followed thee, but the distance was long, (and weighed) on them” This contradicts the myth that Muslims are to fight only in self-defense, since the wording implies that battle will be waged a long distance from home (in another country and on Christian soil, in this case, according to the historians). Qur’an (9:73) - “O Prophet! strive hard against the unbelievers and the hypocrites and be unyielding to them; and their abode is hell, and evil is the destination." Dehumanizing those who reject Islam, by reminding Muslims that they are merely firewood for Hell, makes it easier to justify slaughter. It also explains why today’s devout Muslims have little regard for those outside the faith. Qur’an (9:88) - “But the Messenger, and those who believe with him, strive and fight with their wealth and their persons: for them are (all) good things: and it is they who will prosper." Qur’an (9:111) - “Allah hath purchased of the believers their persons and their goods; for theirs (in return) is the garden (of Paradise): they fight in His cause, and slay and are slain: a promise binding on Him in truth, through the Law, the Gospel, and the Qur’an: and who is more faithful to his covenant than Allah? then rejoice in the bargain which ye have concluded: that is the achievement supreme." Qur’an (9:123) - “O you who believe! fight those of the unbelievers who are near to you and let them find in you hardness." Qur’an (21:44) - “We gave the good things of this life to these men and their fathers until the period grew long for them; See they not that We gradually reduce the land (in their control) from its outlying borders? Is it then they who will win?" Qur’an (25:52) - “Therefore listen not to the Unbelievers, but strive against them with the utmost strenuousness, with the (Qur’an)." “Strive against” is Jihad - obviously not in the personal context. It’s also significant to point out that this is a Meccan verse. Qur’an (47:4) - “So when you meet in battle those who disbelieve, then smite the necks until when you have overcome them, then make (them) prisoners," Qur’an (47:35) - “Be not weary and faint-hearted, crying for peace, when ye should be uppermost (Shakir: “have the upper hand”) for Allah is with you," Qur’an (48:17) - “There is no blame for the blind, nor is there blame for the lame, nor is there blame for the sick (that they go not forth to war). And whoso obeyeth Allah and His messenger, He will make him enter Gardens underneath which rivers flow; and whoso turneth back, him will He punish with a painful doom." Contemporary apologists sometimes claim that Jihad means 'spiritual struggle.' Is so, then why are the blind, lame and sick exempted? Qur’an (48:29) - “Muhammad is the messenger of Allah. And those with him are hard (ruthless) against the disbelievers and merciful among themselves” Islam is not about treating everyone equally. There are two very distinct standards that are applied based on religious status. Qur’an (61:4) - “Surely Allah loves those who fight in His way” Religion of Peace, indeed! Qur’an (61:10-12) - “O ye who believe! Shall I lead you to a bargain that will save you from a grievous Penalty?- That ye believe in Allah and His Messenger, and that ye strive (your utmost) in the Cause of Allah, with your property and your persons: That will be best for you, if ye but knew! He will forgive you your sins, and admit you to Gardens beneath which Rivers flow, and to beautiful mansions in Gardens of Eternity." This verse was given in battle. It uses the Arabic word, Jihad. Qur’an (66:9) - “O Prophet! Strive against the disbelievers and the hypocrites, and be stern with them. Hell will be their home, a hapless journey’s end." The root word of “Jihad” is used again here. The context is clearly holy war, and the scope of violence is broadened to include “hypocrites” - those who call themselves Muslims but do not act as such. We won’t even get into the Bukari and assorted Islamic writings of scholars. WIth that said: Other than the fact that Muslims haven’t killed every non-Muslim under their domain, there is very little else that they can point to as proof that theirs is a peaceful, tolerant religion. Few verses in the Qur’an can be construed to fit the contemporary virtues of religious tolerance and universal brotherhood Those that do are earlier “Meccan” verses that are obviously abrogated by later ones. Small wonder that Muslim apologists spend a lot of time speaking of the “risks” of trying to interpret the Qur’an without their “assistance." Far from being mere history or theological construct, the violent verses of the Qur’an have played a key role in actual massacre and genocide. This includes the brutal slaughter of tens of millions of Hindus for five centuries beginning around 1000 AD with Mahmud of Ghazni’s bloody conquest, including the massacre of those who defending their temples from destruction. Buddhism was very nearly wiped off the Indian subcontinent. Judaism and Christianity met the same fate (albeit more slowly) in areas conquered by Muslim armies, including the Middle East, North Africa and parts of Europe, including today’s Turkey. Zoroastrianism, the ancient religion of a proud Persian people is despised by Muslims and barely survives in modern Iran. So ingrained is violence in the religion that Islam has never really stopped being at war, either with other religions or with itself. Muhammad was a military leader, laying siege to towns, massacring the men, raping their women, enslaving their children, and taking what was once the property of others for his own. On several occasions he rejected offers of surrender from the besieged inhabitants and killed those whom he could take prisoner. He inspired his followers to battle even when they did not feel it was right to fight, promising them slaves and booty if they did and threatening them with Hell if they did not. Muhammad allowed his men to rape traumatized women captured in battle. It is important to emphasize that Muslim armies waged aggressive campaigns, and it was the companions of Muhammad who made the most dramatic military gains in the decades following his death. The principle set in motion early on was that the civilian population of a town was to be destroyed (ie. men executed, women and children taken as slaves) if they defended themselves. Although modern Muslim apologists often claim that Islam only attacked in self-defense, this is not only an oxymoron, but it is flatly contradicted by the accounts of Muslim historians and others going back to the time of Muhammad. Muhammad’s failure to leave a clear line of succession resulted in perpetual internal war following his death. Those who knew him best first fought to keep remote tribes from leaving Islam and reverting to their preferred religion (the Ridda or 'Apostasy wars'). Then within the closer community, early Meccan converts battled later ones. Hostility developed between those immigrants who had traveled with Muhammad to Mecca and the Ansar at Medina who had helped them settle in. Finally there was a violent struggle within Muhammad’s own family between his favorite wife and favorite daughter - a jagged schism that has left Shias and Sunnis at each others' throats to this day. The strangest and most untrue thing that can be said about Islam is that it is a Religion of Peace. If every standard by which the West is judged and condemned (slavery, imperialism, intolerance, women’s rights, sexuality, warfare...) were applied equally to Islam, the verdict would be absolutely devastating. Islam never gives up what it conquers, be it religion, culture, language or life. Neither does it make apologies or any real effort at moral progress. It is the least open to dialogue and the most self-absorbed. It is convinced of its own perfection, yet brutally shuns self-examination and represses criticism. This is what makes the verses of violence so dangerous. They are given the weight of divine command. While Muslim terrorists take them as literally as anything else in the Qur’an, and understand that Islam is incomplete without Jihad, moderates offer little to contradict them - outside of opinion. Indeed, what do they have? Speaking of peace and love may win over the ignorant, but when every twelfth verse of Islam’s holiest book either speaks to Allah’s hatred for non-Muslims or calls for their death, forced conversion, or subjugation, it’s little wonder that sympathy for terrorism runs as deeply as it does in the broader community - even if most Muslims personally prefer not to interpret their religion in this way. In fact, many Muslims are simply unaware of the Qur’an’s near absence of verses that preach universal non-violence. This is because their understanding of Islam comes from what they are taught by others. In the West, it is typical for Muslims to come to believe that their religion must be like Christianity - preaching the New Testament virtues of peace, love, and tolerance - because Muslims are taught that Islam is supposed to be superior in every way. They are somewhat surprised and embarrassed to learn that the evidence of the Qur’an and the bloody history of Islam are very much in contradiction to this. For their part, Western liberals would do well not to sacrifice critical thinking on the altar of political correctness, or look for reasons to bring other religion down to the level of Islam merely to avoid the existential truth that this it is both different and dangerous. There are just too many Muslims who take the Qur’an literally... and too many others who couldn’t care less about the violence done in the name of Islam.

Already know, buster. I KNOW that Islam is a lie, a perverted religion that was created by a man to excuse his perversions. I hope for your soul that you wake up before Judgement Day.
